Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, skincare items, or cosmetics.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email us at support@adfproducts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, follow the same steps above. We will ship your replacement once we receive the returned product.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged.
