Order processing

Processing time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that processing and shipping times are different.

Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 5 p.m. EDT will begin processing on the next business day.

Non-business days: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

High-volume periods: During peak seasons, such as holidays, please be aware that processing times may be extended. We will announce any significant delays on our website.

Cost: We are proud to offer free shipping within the United States.
Order tracking and confirmation

Shipment confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Order tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use it to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping restrictions and limitations

Domestic shipping: We ship to all U.S. states and territories.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping restrictions: Due to shipping regulations, certain items in our inventory may have restrictions that prevent us from shipping them to specific locations. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
International shipping

Availability: We are proud to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries. Shipping availability and cost are calculated at checkout.

Missing, lost, or damaged packages

Carrier claims: ADF Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Damaged items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you need assistance with the claim process, please contact us.

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, please use your tracking information to file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you with this process to the best of our ability.
